The KirkwoodThe Joe Kirkwood Conference Room is in room 212 of Mizzou’s Reynolds Alumni Center. The space is specially suited for smaller gatherings. Be it a private conference or a specialty dinner, Kirkwood’s atmosphere is suited for all your personal and professional needs. The Columns BallroomLocated in room 208 of the Reynolds Alumni Center, the Columns Ballroom is the most expansive space the University Club provides. With theatre-style seating the room can accommodate 400 guests. Measuring 46’x108’, the Columns Ballroom can also be arranged into round table seating and classroom-style seating. The ballroom includes three ceiling mounted LCD projectors with four electronic screens. When the Columns Ballroom is divided into three sections each section includes a LCD projector and electronic screen. Wireless microphones, cable TV/DVD/VCR, and the DMX Music system are available for the Columns Ballroom or its sections. The ballroom also offers a dance floor upon request. Price for AM rental of the Columns Ballroom is $600.00. Price for PM rental of the Columns Ballroom is $550.00. Rental for Columns A&B or D&E in the Ballroom is $175.00 for AM and $200.00 for PM. Rental for Columns C in th Ballroom is $300.00 for AM and PM. |

The Great RoomPerhaps the most outstanding of the all the University Club’s rooms, The Great Room offers a truly unique environment for any occasion. Located in room 202, the space has a casual yet elegant design, including lush couches and chairs, along with fashionable art work, and a baby grand piano. There are varied lighting possibilities in this 37’x76’ room, including a fireplace. Candles are also available for rental. The Great Room’s appeal is further enhanced by its vast view of the lovely Carnahan Quad. The space can be arranged to seat 120 people at round tables, or it may be kept in its lounge-style and accommodate 200 standing guests. To assist you a portable screen and LCD projector can be provided. The room also offers a wireless microphone, CD player, TV/VCR/DVD and DMX Music system. Donrey Media GroupFor your larger conference needs the University Club offers the Donrey Media Group Room, in room 211. Measuring 26’x32’, this room fits up to 24 people around its cherry wood meeting tables. It also includes luxury seating on high-back, leather upholstered, swivel chairs. Not only does the room’s décor support any professional event, its media capabilities are endless. The room includes a ceiling mounted LCD, electronic screen with overhead projector, DMX Music system, and TV/DVD/VCR and microphone. T.O. WrightThe versatile T.O. Wright Conference Room is located in room 204 of the Reynolds Alumni Center. With patio access, the room overlooks the beautifully maintained Carnahan Quad. The view enhances the classic dining atmosphere of the room. Measuring 22’x28’, the space is suited for up to 40 occupants depending on the requested layout. Wired for computer and telephone hook-ups, the T.O. Wright Conference Room has an overhead projector, portable LCD with pull-down screen and TV/DVD/VCR. Price for both AM and PM rental of the T.O.
