Host Bar:

A host bar is one at which the guests do not pay for their drinks when served. The cost is computed at the basic drink price and paid by the host. A 19% service charge and 7.55% sales tax is assessed on all food and beverage charged on consumption.

Cash Bar:

A cash bar is one at which the guests pay the prevailing price for their drinks as they receive them.

Bartender fee:

A $15 per hour bartender fee will be charged. There is a standard half hour setup and a half hour breakdown fee. ($15 per hour)

Mixers:

Cocktail mixes such as sodas, soft drinks and juices are included in the individual price of each drink.

Soft drinks:

Soft drinks are priced separately and are charged based upon consumption.
